CCR 1 Creation

Creating the CCR was fairly simple. All that I had to do was answer the questions that were there and describe what our film was about. And I just did a simple video where I talked about the questions and our film. I believe that I was able to cover everything that was mentioned, and was able to go into ok depth about what our film is about. It turned out to be around 6 minutes, which was longer than I thought, I thought that I was going to be cutting it a little short. Filming the video wasn't too bad, it brings me back to when I was in a public speaking class my sophomore year, and had to some videos like this. Where we had to have clear voice with little extra filler words, and time to time looking back at the camera so it doesn't feel robotic. All in all, it was pretty easy, but that is definitely the easiest one out of all of them, so I espect the others to be harder to come up with ideas on how to answer the questions.

CCR 1 outline

CCR 1   Our film challenges conventions   by showing 2 characters that are friends and have a seeming trust with each other , and have  one betray the other on a deeper scale. But simply on the surface it i s a man who gets out of rehab and believes that he is clean again, and goes with a friend, just for him to  ultimately  get  drugged by that said friend.  This can  represent  social groups by how everything seems to get along on the surface, but there could be other motives that another person is hiding, whether  it's  a dislike or envy of another person.    Product- Our product is a drama and coming of age movie of both Viktor (me) and Jeremyah (K eysean Jeremyah) as the characters. It goes through the day of both Viktor and  jeremyah  getting ready for a party . But Viktor has just gotten out of rehab from being an addict before, and Jeremyah is also clean, but does not have  nearly as  bad...

Roles of characters

The roles of the characters for our final film is pretty much the same as what it was before, but is a lot different than the blogger post earlier. The roles we had in this one was that I was a recovering addict from alcohol/drugs. I went to rehab to help out with everything, but it ultimately didn't work as well as they thought it would. Jeremyah had a similar past but isn't nearly as bad as mine, and has ben clean for a while. But during the party when I get roofied, it might be implied that it was Jeremyah that laced the drink. While it can seem that Jeremyah is concerned for my well being before going to the party, he really decided to put me back down my path again, leading to "The Decision." The roles we had before was Jeremyah was a super star in college, but partied too much and hit rock bottom. He ends up working for me at an automechanic shop, where I am his uncle offering him a job again. But I think the charters from our final film now fit our social prob...

Audio

Image
The audio was a little harder to do than the editing was. The audio from the first opening film was messed up in quite a bit of places, and was almost inaudible in others. But when adding the new scenes in for the final, it wasn't too hard to mix the audios to where some here louder and clearer to hear. The only hard thing to do was add keyframes here and there, but they weren't ultimately necessary. But what was tricky was when adding the new clips, they also had the audio it came with, and since we didn't add any new lines, we had to match up the new clips with old audio. So it took taking out certain audio clips, cropping, and adjusting where they were. In the end, the audio sounded a lot better, and everything was audible for when we were talking.

Editing

Editing the new scenes into the opening was quite easy. All that we needed to do was add the clips that we had filmed and take out the previous clips that weren't able to be counted due to them being filmed by someone not in our group. And since we decided to use a large portion of our midterm project which was still a decent opening, adding and editing the clips into the opening was not hard at all to do. In the end, the film with the new scenes came out to be exactly 2:05, which is the limit that the film can be. The new scenes that were filmed really add to the point of our film, and clear things up of what had happened. To previously where it is unclear what happened and how I had gotten drugged.
